Paragon is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) to deliver Leadership and Management training courses and National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) at Levels 2,3,4 and 5.
Our fully qualified staff and associates have a wealth of Leadership and Management experience in the public and private sectors and many have hands on experience of successfully running their own businesses.
We can offer, free of charge, a skills scan to determine the level at which candidates may join our programmes, whether they choose the NVQ route or the more formal Certificated training programmes.
