Adam Carswell - Group Finance Director
Adam is a Chartered Accountant, with a background in mergers and acquisitions, both in practice and in commerce. Adam qualified as an accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and spent four years in Corporate Finance, advising on a number of transactions, including buy-outs, disposal mandates and finance raisings.
Adam then joined Hays plc, the specialist recruitment group, as Group Corporate Development Manager and also carried out a number of line finance roles within the Hays Group. Prior to joining Paragon Skills, he was Finance Director at Travelex Currency Services, part of the Travelex Group, the World’s Foreign Exchange and Business Payments Specialist.
Adam joined Paragon Skills in August 2008.
