Gavin Freed - Chief Executive
Gavin joined Paragon Skills as Chief Executive in May 2007. His role focuses on managing the executive team in its achievement of the Group’s operational and strategic business objectives. Gavin was instrumental in the April 2008 investment by Sovereign Capital in Paragon Skills that has set the agenda for the Group’s future development.
Prior to Paragon Skills, Gavin spent ten years working in the IT industry gaining experience with global organisations such as IBM and also venture capital backed technology business; elata as CEO and Civica plc as the Group’s Business Development Director.
He lives in Ringwood, Hampshire and is married with three children.
