The effective training and development of colleagues is fundamental to our success as a business. When you start with us, you will join us for an induction day at our Head Office in Bournemouth which is a great opportunity to meet members of the SLT/ Exec team and other colleagues.
We will ensure that you are supported in your role and have a clear plan in place to help you progress your skillset and develop your career with us. Each month you will have a 1:1 meeting with your line manager and together you will develop a Personal Development Plan which will be reviewed throughout the year. You will also have a monthly team meeting which is a valuable opportunity to get together with your team and cover important business updates and share new ideas.
We have a number of training and development opportunities, including Mental Health First Aid training and we have a wide range of self-study materials and resources available.
