At Paragon Skills our responsibilities towards Safeguarding form the foundation of our learner relationships
We work hard to promote a culture of confidence, confidentiality, understanding, support and sensitivity.
Learner welfare is high on our agenda
We take our Safeguarding responsibilities very seriously. Working hard to adhere to our statutory duties with respect to the governments Prevent Agenda and Keeping Children Safe in Education, we operate a clear and consistent anti-bullying approach and provide training, support, advice and guidance for our learners and staff alike.
Our Safeguarding and Prevent policies have been developed with the best interests of our learners in mind. We aim to educate learners on issues concerning their own safety and responsibilities. We create a safe space where learners can discuss concerns with well-trained staff members whilst being clear on how we will handle such information.
Our leadership team and teaching staff actively promote fundamental British values and all our staff are trained to be vigilant in identifying, responding to and supporting those that may be deemed vulnerable to harm.
