Heather has over 20 years’ experience in the education and skills sector, building and growing the UK's number one apprenticeship training provider; Lifetime Training Group. She created and grew this business as Founder, Chief Executive and then as non-Executive Director prior to its sale in Autumn 2016. At Paragon Skills Heather supports our executive team in the creation of effective business strategy, the delivery of our goals and objectives and in ensuring the needs of all stakeholders are balanced in decision making. She is passionate about the quality of our delivery and about expanding our provision within existing and new sectors.

Mark’s strength is in getting teams to work together to achieve results. A natural and impassioned leader, he has worked extensively in business development and operations. His success comes from truly understanding the drive and the worth of the teams he leads. As our CEO, Mark is leading the strategic direction of our business with great energy and passion; inspiring a united Paragon Skills team to really deliver on our Pledge, our Values and our Purpose.

Ian has a valuable knowledge of work-based learning, together with over 15 years’ experience as an Ofsted Inspector. Adept at performance management he is strategically aligning our teams to ensure we are effective, efficient and working with the best possible people to make an impact. Ian knows what outstanding looks like within our industry. Dedicated to embedding a robust operational structure, founded on high quality provision, Ian is confidently steering Paragon Skills towards the delivery of an outstanding learning experience.

David’s proactive approach combines analytical and financial acumen, which he applies within a relationship-based context. His success in doing this is vital to the goals and objectives of our business and his broad experience within fast moving, multi-site organisations, means he is ideally placed to contribute to our energetic working culture. David is skilled at taking financial information and reporting it in such a way as it is accessible and understood. His aim now is to create a sustainable, profitable business, founded on the success of our incredible teams and the benefit we deliver to the learners and employers we work with.

Steve works in consultative partnership with our customers to ensure great value and real benefit is created for both parties. His ability to do this is central to the developmental and growth objectives of our business. An enthusiastic and energetic leader, Steve has an extensive track record of successfully growing and diversifying business streams within our highly competitive industry. His aptitude in understanding customers’ requirements combined with a keen commercial acumen creates strong, sustainable relationships. He is driven to promote our high quality service both with existing and new customers, allowing more employers and learners to benefit from our outstanding learning experience.

Michelle really understands how to get the best out of people and she uses her skill in this area to shape strong teams and a successful working culture. A natural leader, she has expansive industry experience within training provision, working in both operations and HR. A strong strategic thinker, she is energised by a challenge and as our Regional Operations Director in the North, she relishes the chance to lead our high performing operational team.

Kelvin’s commitment to skills excellence and service in our industry, was recognised in 2014 when he received the ‘SEMTA Best of British National Training Provider of the Year Award’. His career is a record in itself of his dedication to supplying bespoke and outstanding, industry skills through engineering technical training and apprentice programmes. Notably Kelvin has gained full accountability to, and ‘brand trust’ of, high profile employers including 4 Corps of the British Army, Network Rail, EDF Nuclear and BAE systems. He is now extremely focused on realising our shared vision of excellence, by continuing to shape the Paragon Skills’ engineering and automotive brand.

Jan is brilliant at delivering business strategies that give focus and direction to our teams. An energetic and enthusiastic leader, Jan is experienced in successfully leading high performance teams in the work based learning sector. As our Regional Operations Director in the South, her gift lies in her ability to bring people together and challenge them to reach their fullest potential. She is thrilled to be part of Paragon Skills’ dedicated team and her aim is our aim: to deliver on our mission!
