Bethan Jones announced as a South West Regional Winner in the 2016 National Apprenticeship Awards
27 October 2016
We could not be prouder of our Apprentice, Bethan Jones. Working with Poole Borough Council and undertaking a HGV Apprenticeship with Paragon Skills, Bethan has just been recognised for all her hard work and achievements by winning the Advanced Apprentice of the Year for the South West Region. Bethan’s entry will now go before the National Judging Panel where she will compete with nine other Regional winners for one of three coveted National Awards. If successful Beth will be invited to represent Paragon Skills and her employer, Poole Borough Council, at the prestigious National Apprenticeship Award finals taking place in London on the evening of the 20th January. This is a fantastic achievement and recognition for Bethan’s hard work and determination; in addition to the level of technical skills and training delivered by our Engineering & Automotive Team. Prior to winning the award, Bethan said:
"The Apprenticeship has enable me to be better at my job. This year, I'm one of the South West Finalists and I couldn't be happier about it!”
