You will be supporting residents, who have learning disabilities and need support with daily tasks. This is a residential care service and the people we support are fully dependent on us. 18+

You will ensure all personal care tasks are carried out with respect for privacy and dignity and in line with the needs, wishes and preferences of the individual as defined in the support plan. You will work as part of a team and liaise with medical professionals to provide the best quality of care and support to these individuals.

As a Support Worker, you’ll deliver excellent care, celebrate achievements, encourage fun and creativity and engage directly with the wider community. This is more than just a job – you will be helping the people we support gain independence and live healthy, happy and fulfilling lives.

Due to travel requirements of this role a full UK Driving Licence is mandatory
