The healthcare support worker apprenticeship is relevant to anyone working in a health and/or social care setting. Healthcare support workers work under the supervision of healthcare professionals to offer a broad spectrum of care to a variety of people.

What Will I learn on a Healthcare Support Worker Apprenticeship?
This apprenticeship is ideal for anyone looking to take their first steps into a healthcare support worker role. Your training will include safeguarding, health, safety & security, routine clinical checks, the importance of hydration, nutrition & food safety, end-of-life care, basic life support, legislation & policies, and promoting mental health & wellbeing in a wide range of clinical type settings.
Our Personal Tutors will deliver high-quality learning and will provide all the resources you will need to progress your apprenticeship in a timely manner. Our intuitive learner management system ‘Bud’ will really bring the subject to life through interactive learning tools, access to complementary online resources and relevant social communities, as well as providing real-time information.
