Our course offers a variety of skills for you to expand your knowledge and further develop yourself within your role.

You will develop your knowledge in key areas such as Duty of Care, diversity and inclusion, communication, safeguarding, championing health and wellbeing. This apprenticeship is a brilliant stepping stone for anyone seeking to enhance their own professional development.
With Paragon Skills, you will be given the skills to excel in your role. In the apprenticeship, you will learn to provide supervision, frontline leadership, guidance, and direction for others, working autonomously, and exercising judgement and accountability. You’ll be supported by one of our dedicated Personal Trainers through a combination of learning, including one-to-one teaching, webinars, online learning, self-study, and telephone calls.
