Our team of industry-leading personal tutors, work extremely hard to make sure they provide every learner with an outstanding learning experience. This commitment to quality shines through when we enter any awards.  We are delighted to announce that our dedication to quality apprenticeship delivery was recognised when we were named as winners of the ‘Care Service Provider of the Year’ award by FE Week and the Association of Employment and Learning Providers.

This Care Service Provider win comes on the back of our AAC award win from 2020 as Legal, Finance & Accounting Training provider of the year – CEO Mark Botha said “The whole team at Paragon Skills is extremely proud of this external validation of the outstanding care apprenticeships that we deliver. Our focus has always been on delivering high quality and impactful apprenticeships delivering the next generation of care workers and building and strengthening the workforce of the future..”

The AAC Awards were established in 2017 as a joint project by FE Week and AELP, with the national awards ceremony taking place at the Annual Apprenticeship Conference Gala Dinner. The awards are a celebration of excellence in apprenticeship delivery in the UK and provide recognition to deserving employers and providers.

Alongside the  AAC award win, Paragon Skills has also become an endorsed provider with Skills for Care this year, the Skills for Care endorsement framework shows our commitment to rigorous quality assurance processes, and that we are able to demonstrate delivery of apprenticeship training at the highest standards in the Care Sector.
