Apprenticeships are good to encourage people to learn more information about their role and understand why we do the things we do
Althea’s thoughts on her apprenticeship
Althea values the way her apprenticeship encourages individuals to explore not only the details of their roles but also the broader context behind the tasks they are asked to perform. By promoting a deeper understanding of why certain things are done in particular ways, the apprenticeship has helped her see the bigger picture and grasp the importance of her work. This process has been eye-opening for Althea, allowing her to recognise how much she has learned and how much expertise she has developed.
Athea’s motivation and enthusiasm for continual learning and progression has inspired her to take an even more proactive approach in seeking knowledge and expanding her capabilities, ensuring she continues to grow both professionally and personally. Althea is now continuing to a Level 4 apprenticeship in the hopes of a promotion and progression within the Care sector in the near future.
