Chloe’s thoughts on her apprenticeship
Chloe tells us that she would strongly recommend undertaking an apprenticeship with Paragon Skills, as it is a company that takes any difficulties into consideration and has staff who go above and beyond. Her tutor was a great support system for Chloe, as she explains that her tutor never let her down in meetings and supported them throughout the entire apprenticeship course. Chloe’s tutor always understood if a meeting needed to be rearranged, supported her with Teams sessions and recorded sessions due to her dyslexia. Chloe reflected that, without her tutor, she wouldn’t be in the position she is now, as her tutor has given Chloe so much confidence and knowledge to continue within her career.
Chloe shows true passion for her career, compassion for those she cares for and has grown in confidence and in her role. Her motivation and dedication to her apprenticeship and career is inspirational; Chloe has been promoted to Area Manager and hopes to continue to a Level 5 apprenticeship to continue her career in Care.
