I have really enjoyed the apprenticeship experience. I have great support from my company, manager, and my Personal Tutor Sophie, and from attending the group workshops where I learn surrounded by my colleagues and fellow learners. Despite being really busy with work, I manage to find time in my working week to focus on my apprenticeship which my employer is supportive with. The Bud learner management system Paragon Skills use is good and includes lots of content which is helpful for my progression.

Csaba’s thoughts on the apprenticeship so far

“I feel that my communication skills have definitely improved during my apprenticeship programme, and I am becoming more confident with my grammar and vocabulary too. 

During my apprenticeship I have truly found that anyone can learn and doing this programme gives you a good chance to improve the skills you already have.”
