Celebrating Learning at Work Week 2025
What is Learning at Work Week?
Learning at Work Week (LAWW) is a national celebration of lifelong learning in the workplace, organised every year by the Campaign for Learning. Taking place from 12th to 18th May 2025, the week offers businesses across the UK a unique opportunity to promote a culture of continuous development, highlight the benefits of learning at work, and encourage employees to invest in their personal and professional growth.
Why it matters
Now in its 26th year, Learning at Work Week brings together organisations of all sizes and sectors to shine a spotlight on learning. It’s more than just training—it’s about fostering curiosity, building new skills, improving wellbeing, and strengthening team connections. Whether through workshops, mentoring, webinars, or hands-on experiences, the week is designed to make learning dynamic, inclusive, and relevant to the evolving workplace.
This year’s theme: Get Connected
The 2025 theme, Get Connected, is all about the social side of workplace learning. It encourages organisations to create opportunities for people to connect—with each other, with ideas, with learning resources, and with their wider purpose at work. The theme focuses on building stronger internal networks, encouraging knowledge sharing, and promoting collaborative cultures where learning can thrive.
How Paragon Skills supports ‘Get Connected’
At Paragon Skills, we fully embrace the spirit of Learning at Work Week and the Get Connected theme. We believe that learning is most powerful when it’s shared—and when it’s aligned with both individual goals and business success. That’s why our apprenticeship programmes are built around real workplace challenges, fostering meaningful connections between learners, mentors, and managers.
Our approach to apprenticeships
Through our expert-led training and development, we help employers upskill their teams while empowering individuals to take control of their career journeys. Our apprenticeships offer a balanced mix of hands-on learning and professional guidance, tailored to the needs of modern workplaces.
