Apprenticeships are proving to be one of the most effective solutions, offering structured career pathways and helping employers build loyal, capable teams. At Paragon Skills, we’ve made it our mission to deliver training that transforms lives and businesses.

Our 2025 Impact in Numbers

This year, our work in the care sector has delivered measurable results that speak for themselves:

• Over 8,000 learners trained across more than 3,000 care businesses, creating a strong pipeline of skilled professionals.
• 92% of learners progressed to positive destinations, with fewer than 11% withdrawing early.
• 46% achieved promotions and 50% secured pay rises after completing their apprenticeship, demonstrating clear career progression.
• 95% developed new skills, Improving competency and skills in the care sector.
• Employer satisfaction remains exceptionally high, with many reporting improved retention and stronger leadership capacity.
• Our programmes supported progression from Adult Care Worker Level 2 through to Leader in Adult Care Level 5, ensuring clear pathways for advancement.

Employers tell us that apprenticeships are not just about filling vacancies, they’re about future-proofing the sector. By investing in apprenticeships, care providers are creating environments where staff feel valued, supported, and motivated to stay. This year, 80% of employers reported better staff retention, and 93% of learners said training improved their job performance, reinforcing the transformative power of vocational learning.

Employers like CCH Group and Making Space have expanded their apprenticeship programmes dramatically, embedding learning into their workforce strategies and achieving outstanding results.
