What will they learn?
This apprenticeship has been designed to develop your employees’ existing skills and equip them with the expertise to offer first class care in line with your organisation’s culture.
Safety, wellbeing and protection will be at the heart of the inclusive and individualised support your employees will provide. They will learn the necessary planning skills to support not only the development of those in their care but their own personal development as well.

How will they learn?
Our Personal Tutors will deliver high-quality face-to-face learning and coaching and provide all the resources your employee will need to progress quickly. Our intuitive learner management system ‘Bud’ will really bring the subject to life through interactive learning tools, access to complementary online resources and relevant social communities, as well as provide real-time learner information so that you will always know what your employee is learning and how they are progressing.

Your pathway to success
Once you have completed your Adult Care Worker Level 2 apprenticeship Standard, the natural progression is to advance to the Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3 apprenticeship Standard.
The Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3 aprenticeship will develop your skills further and enhance your career prospects in the adult care sector.

They will learn knowledge and expertise of specific conditions being experienced by end-users of your services. Learning specialist skills and knowledge in your businesses focus area of responsibilities which will allow them to lead in these areas.
Diploma in Care Level 418 months City & Guilds -
Level 5 apprenticeship
This apprenticeship is ideal for employees that provide healthcare support to adults faced with physical, practical, social, emotional, psychological or intellectual challenges.
They will learn to lead your care teams and will develop and implement a values-based culture at a service or unit level. Depending on the setting you may also be responsible for business development, financial control, organisational resilience and continuity as well as for managing risk and leading on organisational change.
