An Associate Project Manager utilises resources with the suitable skills, qualifications, experience and knowledge to work together in a motivated and integrated team, with clearly defined reporting lines, roles, responsibilities and authorities.
Completing the Associate Project Manager programme your employees will gain the knowledge and skills to be able to support your Project Manager by helping to monitor project scope, timelines, budgets and key milestones. This includes achieving the Level D International Project Management Association (IPMA) qualification, which they will complete before reaching the gateway segment of the programme.
Upon commencement of the programme, your employee will be eligible to sign up as student members of the Association for Project Management (APM) this is the first step of professional membership. You will be eligible for progression to associate membership upon successful completion of the Associate Project Manager apprenticeship.

My ambition is to have a role in management so when my boss supported my request to do an NVQ in Team Leading, as part of an apprenticeship with Paragon Skills, I was determined to make the most of it.
