    This apprenticeship is designed for employees that manage teams, projects or departments.

    They are responsible for achieving clearly defined outcomes that are part of your organisation’s strategy and are keen to nurture their existing talents and a natural flair for leadership.

  • Level 4 apprenticeship

    Completing the Associate Project Manager programme your employees will gain the knowledge and skills to be able to support your Project Manager by helping to monitor project scope, timelines, budgets and key milestones.

    Upon commencement of the programme, your employee will be eligible to sign up as student members of the Association for Project Management (APM) this is the first step of professional membership.

  • Level 5 apprenticeship

    This apprenticeship allows your employees to work at gaining sector-specific experience and qualifications, as determined by the requirements set out by you as the employer or professional body, They will learn a way of leading in a non-directive manner, helping people to learn through deep listening and reflective, open questions rather than instructing, giving advice or making suggestions.
