What will they learn?

The Senior Healthcare Support Worker programme will provide a tailored learning experience and provide the setting with staff, who are able to provide high quality and compassionate healthcare to adults. They will be able to follow and meet the standards, policies or protocols and always deliver care with compassion and dignity.

This programme also has a unique virtual hospital ward, which is designed to support learners to practice their skills and acquired knowledge in a virtual learning environment. Included is a range of tutorials, which are interactive and consolidate learning of more technical aspects of the Senior Health Care Support Worker role, for example circulation, breathing and a systematic approach to assessment.

How will they learn?

Our Personal Tutors will deliver high-quality face-to-face learning and coaching and provide all the resources your employee will need to progress quickly.
