Paragon Skills’ expansion continues . . . supporting growth and clients in the South West
We are delighted to announce that Paragon Skills, the number 1 apprenticeship training provider in the UK has this week opened a new office hub in Bristol to better meet the needs of our colleagues and employers in the region, and to support our continued growth in both the Care and Education sectors.
The past couple of years has seen exceptional growth for Paragon Skills, and the business continues to go from strength to strength expanding our apprenticeship provision across England. The South West region is a key growth market for Paragon Skills and this new office space provides us with a central base, at the same time cementing our regional footprint to ensure that we are able to support our client’s needs in the region.
After more than a year of remote work, the future looks hybrid: a mix of office and home-based working.
The new office hub in Bristol will help embed a hybrid working model for our colleagues based in the Bristol area and meets local employment needs, demonstrating that we are an employer of choice that values the changing needs of our colleagues.
We will be offering a working pattern that will allow colleagues to work from the office space and meet with clients at the same time as doing focused work at home, reducing commutes, and enabling them to better balance their professional and personal lives. The facilities within the workspace also offer a balance between work and well-being with access to an onsite gym.
The new dedicated office space is within Origin Workspace and is designed to meet the changing needs of our growing business. This workplace has been chosen as it is more than a desk with internet connection.
The new office space will provide Paragon Skills with networking opportunities as well as IT support, a place to hold meetings, and invite our employer partners to meet with us, in a convenient location next to Bristol’s Clifton Triangle.
