What you can expect
On successful completion of your level 4 Business Administration Higher Level Apprenticeship, you will hold a Level 4 Diploma in Business & Administration.
The Level 4 Business Administration Higher Apprenticeship has been developed to support those employed in a business environment such as senior administrators, team leaders or managers.
Your work could include:
- Planning workloads and rotas
- Briefing teams on targets, initiatives and policy changes
- Recruit, train and assess new staff
- Managing information and data
The exact details of your job during your Apprenticeship depend on your specific employer, but typically in a full-time role you can expect to work between 35 and 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday and may include overtime.
