Who is the Apprenticeship for?
This Apprenticeship is ideal for any of your employees working in customer facing or advisory roles in any department or division of your organisation.
These employees are the face and voice of your company, whether they are working face-to-face with customers or back office employees that liaise with customers on the phone. They are in regular contact with your customers, providing essential information to support sales, give advice, guidance and deal with complaints.
Typical roles that this Apprenticeship will support are:
Customer Service Assistant, Customer Service Administrator, Customer Service Advisor and Customer Service Trainee.

What will they learn?
This Apprenticeship has been designed to develop your employees’ existing skills and equip them with the expertise to offer continuous improvement in customer service and communication and empower them to be confident to deal with your customers in a positive, personable and professional way.

Your pathway to success
Once you have completed your Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship, the natural progression is to underake the Customer Service Practitioner Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.
The level 3 Apprenticeship will develop your Customer Service skills further and help you to get recognised in your chosen industry. In addition, this next level will help you to progress your skills towards a supervisory role.
