The Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard is the ideal way for you to develop your career in specialist customer service roles. You will develop an advanced set of skills and hone knowledge that can be applied in any sector or organisation type. 

This could apply to a variety of environments including:

  • Contact centres
  • Retail
  • Webchat
  • Service industry
  • Customer service points

In any of the above sectors, you are often the face and voice of the organisation and the Customer Service specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard will teach you the importance how to provide the highest levels of customer service and communication every time.

Upon successful completion of your Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard, you will qualify with a Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service, in addition to Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths & English.

What you can expect from your Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard

This Apprenticeship will develop your specialist customer service skills so that you will be able to offer the highest standards of service. You will also learn valuable techniques and methods to improve customer service delivery ensuring you are always keeping customers happy time after time.
