What will they learn?
This Apprenticeship will develop your employees’ professional hairdressing skills as well as their understanding of current policies and processes. They will learn how to shampoo and condition hair, cut hair using a range of techniques, style & finish to create a variety of looks as well as colour & lighten hair.
Their confidence will be boosted and their knowledge of products and services - both industry wide and specific to your business - will be enriched and evident on a daily basis in the first class service they deliver to every one of your customers.
How will they learn?
Our Personal Tutors will deliver high quality face-to-face learning and coaching and provide all the resources your employee will need to progress quickly. Our intuitive learner management system ‘Bud’ will really bring the subject to life through interactive learning tools, access to complementary online resources and relevant social communities, as well as provide real time learner information so that you will always know what your employee is learning and how they are progressing.
This Apprenticeship will develop your employees’ knowledge, skills and behaviours in the following areas:

Your pathway to success
Once you have completed your Hairdressing Level 2 Apprenticeship, you will have gained all the basic hairdressing skills required to get recognised and progress in this exciting industry.
A career in hairdressing offers many interesting career options which includes working in a spa, hotel, care home, cruise ship or holiday resort.
The natural progression after you have completed this level is to progress onto the Hairdressing Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship.
