This Apprenticeship is ideal for any of your employees that provide the learning and development function. Helping to ensure that staff at all levels of your business have the training needed to support their roles and continuing development.

These employees contribute to and influence improved performance in the workplace at an individual, team and organisation level. Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs.

These employees in this role will also monitor the planning, setup and application of all Learning and Development requirements. Deliver existing company training requirements including product/service knowledge training, and present the outcome of their work through co-design, with a willingness, to question and challenge as appropriate.

What will they learn?

This Apprenticeship will give them the expertise and competence in their specific field whether it be technical, vocational or behavioural. learn how to effectively monitor and manage an individual’s overall care plan and develop the confidence to challenge any areas of concern – all this whilst working consistently to best practice standards and delivering high-quality compassionate care.

Our Apprenticeships will be focusing on in-depth expertise in a specific area of L&D such as learning design, e-learning or digital/blended learning. Linking the learning within their area of responsibility to business objectives and performance, understanding the learning cycle and working by it.

How will they learn?

Our Personal Tutors will deliver high-quality face-to-face learning and coaching and provide all the resources your employee will need to progress quickly. Our intuitive learner management system ‘Bud’ will really bring the subject to life through interactive learning tools, access to complementary online resources and relevant social communities, as well as provide real-time learner information so that you will always know what your employee is learning and how they are progressing.

This Apprenticeship will develop your employees’ knowledge, skills and behaviours in the following areas:
