Who is the Apprenticeship for?

This Apprenticeship is ideal for organisations who have or require an in-house recruitment function, and are looking to upskill an existing employee or bring in new talent. The role of the Recruitment Resourcer is to identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief and provide resourcing support to the recruitment function.

What will they learn?

This Apprenticeship has been designed to give your employee the required training to become an effective Recruitment Resourcer. In addition to identifying and attracting candidates, they will become a well-rounded recruitment team member identifying new business
opportunities, liaising effectively with candidates and the wider business, whilst ensuring all processes, procedures, codes of ethics and legislation are adhered to.

How will they learn?

Our Personal Tutors will deliver high quality face-to-face learning and coaching and provide all the resources your employee needs. Our intuitive learner management system ‘Bud’ will bring the subject to life through interactive learning tools, access to complementary online resources and relevant social communities. It also provides real time information so you always know how your employee is progressing.

Personal Tutors will deliver learning, provide coaching and programme resources to develop candidates’ skills, knowledge and behaviours in the following key areas:

Becoming a supervisor or manager in a customer service capacity is a skill for life and can open doors to a long and rewarding career.

Due to the varied nature of the customer service industry, there are many job roles that apply to the advanced Apprenticeship level. Dedicated customer service job roles include Customer Relationship Manager, Customer Support Officer, Customer Service Team Leader, Customer Service Supervisor and Customer Service Co-ordinator.
