How do we support you and your apprentice?
Our dedicated approach recognises each individual employer’s needs and enables us to deliver a unique apprenticeship solution that drives maximum benefit for your organisation. Your employees will have their own dedicated Personal Tutor who will work with them through their Apprenticeship journey.
Blended learning
Our blended learning approach includes group workshops with peer-to-peer learning, one on one teaching sessions, self-study, and research. Each learner will have a dedicated Personal Tutor who has extensive sector experience and who will support them through their Apprenticeship.
Learner journey
Paragon Skills offer a unique Learner Journey ensuring that we are in regular contact with your apprentice to keep learning on track. We provide ongoing assessment, coaching and mentoring as well as observations of work practices.
Reporting
Management information and reporting on your apprentice’s progress will be available to track and assess through our e-learning portal, Bud.
Contact
We ensure that all our learners and you as our employer partner have regular contact and communication with our team of experts. We also send out regular communications to keep you informed on your employees’ progress.

Levy Transfer
Levy-paying employers can transfer up to 25% of their Apprenticeship levy payment to multiple employers. We work with a number of levy businesses to fund apprenticeship training in smaller businesses.
