Knovia Group launches Shaping Lives: A Commitment to Excellence in Early Childhood Education

Paragon Skills is excited to announce the launch of Shaping Lives, a new initiative by the Knovia Group, offering specialised training and apprenticeships in early childhood education. With two decades of experience in the early years sector, previously delivered through Paragon Skills, Shaping Lives is dedicated to nurturing and developing the next generation of educators.

To celebrate its launch, Shaping Lives has committed to training 10,000 young individuals aged 16 to 19 in early years education by 2030. This initiative aligns with our strong dedication to the sector and supports the government’s goal of increasing access to affordable, high-quality early years education.

Shaping Lives aims to deliver top-tier training in early years education, inspire learning, open up exciting career opportunities for educators, and address the sector’s evolving needs.

Shaping Lives will continue to build on the excellent early years provision previously provided by Paragon Skills. As a best-in-class training provider specialising in early childhood education (children aged 0-5), Shaping Lives possesses extensive expertise built over two decades through the delivery of tens of thousands of apprenticeships in the early years sector.
