This apprenticeship programme will teach you everything you need to know to excel in this role, you will learn to know whats you need, how it will be achieved, how long it will take your team and how much it will cost from the set budget. You will coordinate the project team to achieve the required outcomes while reporting back to the Project Manager.
Coaching is a way of leading in a non-directive manner, helping people to learn through deep listening and reflective, open questions rather than instructing, giving advice or making suggestions.
My ambition is to have a role in management so when my boss supported my request to do an NVQ in Team Leading, as part of an apprenticeship with Paragon Skills, I was determined to make the most of it. I picked units that were out of my comfort zone and now I have new responsibilities from my employer. I’m now doing my second qualification with Paragon and I’m looking forward to furthering myself in my career.
