National Apprenticeship Week 2022 – Build the future

National Apprenticeship Week, taking place from February 7th – 13th is a five-day celebration of apprenticeships in the UK. It brings together learners and employers across all sectors and across the UK to celebrate apprenticeship at all levels of business.

‘Build the future’ is the theme for National Apprenticeship Week 2022, aiming to encourage reflection on how apprenticeships can help individuals develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career and businesses develop a talented workforce that is equipped with future-ready skills.

Join us celebrate fellow learners and employers

As part of ‘Celebration Day’ on National Apprenticeship Week, Paragon Skills will be launching our inaugural Paragon Skills Apprenticeship Awards on Friday 11th February 2022, with a live virtual ceremony taking place between 12-1 pm.

We have launched the Paragon Skills Apprenticeship Awards to celebrate success and raise the profile of apprenticeships and what this means to our key industry sectors of Care, Education and Professional. The awards provide an opportunity to celebrate, recognise and reward our apprentices and employer partners for their commitment, hard work, achievements and successes.

With the theme of this year’s event being ‘Build The Future’, we’re set to highlight the variety of ways in which apprenticeships have supported individuals and employers in setting themselves up for the future in both their personal and professional capacity. In addition to this, we have pulled together a few key points for employers who work with Paragon Skills to utilise as they see fit and help us celebrate all things apprenticeships.
