Paragon Skills accredited to the Matrix standard

Paragon Skills has been reaccredited to the Matrix standard, demonstrating the high quality of our career advice and guidance given to learners and employers we work with.

With over twenty-five years’ experience delivering apprenticeship training to businesses across England and a UK headquarters based in Bournemouth, Paragon Skills is focused on inspiring learners to achieve career excellence through apprenticeships. The apprenticeship team work closely with employers and learners to provide a safe, immersive, engaging and supportive environment to enable every learner to explore, achieve and excel in their chosen career path.

The Matrix standard is the unique quality framework for organisations to assess and measure their information, advice and/or guidance services, which ultimately supports individuals in their choice of career, learning, work and life goals.
