Paragon Skills launch new awards ceremony to highlight apprenticeship achievements
The team at Paragon Skills are always looking for ways of providing individuals and organisations with the chance to be recognised and rewarded for their commitment, hard work, achievements and successes within training and development around apprenticeships.
We are delighted to announce the launch of our brand new Paragon Skills Apprenticeship Awards, which we’re excited to share, will be launched during National Apprenticeship Week 2022. The achievements of both individuals and businesses working across our core sectors of childcare, care and professional will be celebrated for their contribution to apprenticeships in the past year.
Our colleagues will be nominating inspiring learners and employer partners, selecting those who have exceeded expectations and shown a dynamic approach to training: demonstrated initiative and innovation and a dedication and commitment to skills development.

A virtual awards ceremony
The awards will be hosted as a virtual awards ceremony and will be nominated and voted on by -the team at Paragon Skills. All learners and employers shortlisted by the voting process, which closes in January with be notified directly, and we’ll be sharing the great news across our social media channels.
