Paragon Skills voted Apprenticeship Provider of the Year at the AAC Apprenticeship Awards 2023!
We are delighted to announce that Paragon Skills has been voted the overall Apprenticeship Provider of the Year, at the FEWeek and AELP AAC Apprenticeship Awards 2023, in association with City & Guilds. The awards event which was held on the 14th March 2023, at the ICC in Birmingham saw over 500 people from across the apprenticeship sector join together for the celebrations. Running for its 6th year to celebrate the very best in apprenticeship delivery and recognise the people, teams and organisations that make outstanding apprenticeships happen.
Over 375 entries were received from training providers, colleges, universities and employers. Joining together at the awards to recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievements of apprentices, schools & colleges, employers and training providers.
We are so proud to receive this amazing achievement, which is a testament to all our colleagues who work tirelessly throughout the year to deliver the best learning experience to every learner every time.
Mark Botha, Chief Executive of Paragon Skills shared with us a quote from Shane Mann at the awards night, which we believe summarises what we are all about:
“Great apprenticeships don’t happen by accident. Our winners demonstrate that excellence happens when dedicated professionals in employers and training providers work in tandem with the apprentice experience at the heart of everything they do.”
This really sums up our Paragon Skills pledge and what we strive to achieve every day, within every apprenticeship standard that we deliver.
Paragon Skills also stood as finalists in Care Services Apprenticeship Provider of the Year, unfortunately coming in second to Manchester Metropolitan University; who we would like to wish a huge congratulations to, as well as sending our congratulations to all the other finalists and winners of the AAC Apprenticeship Awards 2023.
