Paragon Skills Wins L&D Experience of the Year at the British Training Awards 2026
We’re delighted to share that Paragon Skills has been named winner of the L&D Experience of the Year at the British Training Awards 2026.
The British Training Awards celebrate organisations and individuals who are passionate about the role learning and development plays in creating thriving workplaces. This year’s awards attracted a record 423 entries from organisations across the UK, making the competition especially strong.
What makes this award particularly meaningful is that the L&D Experience of the Year category is decided through feedback from Paragon Skills’ employees, captured by New Possible. Rather than judging programmes alone, the award recognises organisations that create exceptional learning and development experiences for their people.
Our success is a direct reflection of the feedback provided by colleagues across Paragon Skills. Survey responses highlighted our supportive and welcoming culture, strong teamwork, opportunities for development, and the positive relationships that exist across the business. One colleague described the working environment as “second to none“, while others praised the willingness of colleagues to support one another and the shared commitment to learner success.
The feedback also demonstrated outstanding results across key learning and development measures, including access to development opportunities, manager support, and opportunities to apply skills in role. Our employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) achieved an impressive score of 90.9, with employees highlighting the positive culture and collaborative working environment that make Paragon Skills such a great place to work.
This award belongs to every colleague who took the time to share their experiences and helps make Paragon Skills the supportive, people-focused organisation it is today. Winning L&D Experience of the Year is a fantastic recognition of the culture we’ve built together and our commitment to helping colleagues learn, grow and succeed.
