Using your excellent administration skills, you will ensure all Individual Learner Record (ILR) data processing activities are carried out accurately and timely using ESFA ILR specification. You will also provide key support to the Data Administration Manager by assisting with all data processing including achieving learners, leaving learners and on programme change of circumstances.

Experience, knowledge and skills required:
= An excellent understanding ILR and ESFA funding requirements
= The ability to manage your own workload and work without close supervision
= Excellent attention to detail
= Effective communication skills
= Ability to maintain confidentiality and the highest level of integrity
= A high level of personal drive and the ability to meet challenges in a positive way
= Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload and flexibility to travel to meet the needs of the business
= Ability to energise and motivate others
= Excellent IT skills, including the use of MS Office
