We have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join our winning team. You will play a key part in our contracts process, by providing guidance to employers and maintaining vital information relating to apprenticeships.

What will you be doing?
and distributing non-levy contracts and additional documents to employers
updating learners on the Digital Apprenticeship Service
and ongoing to support to employers on setting up and maintaining their Digital
Apprenticeship Service account
with employers to resolve outstanding actions impacting on receipt of learner
all returned contracts and forms are compliant to the requirements of the
with incoming email and phone queries
and issuing paperwork relating to on-programme changes in employment
to the contracts process for improvements across the business
Data Administrators as and when required
check registered company information to generate compliant contracts
reports to create contracts for upcoming enrolments
learner and employer details to submit Subsidy Control and Bank Details forms
to eligible employers
documents to employers for signing and monitor their return
contract trackers and files
Control and Bank Details forms to ensure compliance
reservations for all new learners each month and accurately enter programme
details on the Digital Apprenticeship Service
employers and Operations department in resolving issues with the Apprenticeship
contract variations for levy employers following end of month exports
and submit documents to employers for changes to learner placements
to Learner management software
Information, Advice and Guidance to all customers that enables them to make
informed decisions to meet their goals and objectives.
delivery teams in the safekeeping and upkeep of sensitive data and paper files
in continuous training and development
of Govt. Funding and contractual delivery updates and support colleagues across
