About the role:

As a Digital
Marketing Apprentice in our Marketing Team, you will assist in the content
development of our digital marketing activity. This includes writing blogs and
website content, email campaign activity and social media.

You will be an
integral part of the marketing team and responsible for providing a full mix of
digital marketing support and working on live campaigns. You will manage
customer databases, create marketing campaigns to customer segments, build
campaigns for emails and SMS channels, develop leads for our business
development team, and support with the building of user journeys to provide a
smoother customer retention strategy.

What will you be

Creating and implementing social media marketing
campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube

Assist with the creation of digital content, as
well as content for forums, blogs, guest blogs and press releases

Support with maintaining the website and all
related SEO activities

Create and deliver a fantastic user experience
for our employers and learners

Work alongside the Customer Success team to
answer customer enquiries on social media and forums

Promote a positive and professional image of
Paragon Skills and all of the services we deliver through excellent customer

Stay up to date with the latest trends,
competitor activity, innovations and opportunities to inform future activity

Assisting with planning, delivering and
measuring targeted content driven marketing campaigns

Define and implement segmented and promotional
email/push communication campaigns

Plan personalised and targeted communications
across email, push, paid social etc

Contribute to data analysis and insight to drive
market and team decisions

Work with the Marketing Team to build and
trigger tactical email campaigns

Contribute positively to growth of the business
by controlling costs

Work closely with the Customer Success team to
maintain our CRM system and other databases

Use innovation to constantly improve marketing
campaign performance

Demonstrate and uphold the our Paragon Skills

Maintain positive working relationships across

What we need from

A keen interest in content creation, social
media and digital marketing

Excellent organisation skills, a good
multi-tasker and the ability to maintain concentration on key tasks

Good planning and organising skills with the
ability to motivate yourself and manage your own workload

Strong communication skills, written, in person
and via telephone/ Teams with the ability to communicate with colleagues at all

Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for
detail and ability to maintain accurate records at all times

Confident user of MS Office packages with the
ability to learn new systems

Basic knowledge of HTML would be advantageous
but is not essential

Passionate, creative and data driven with a
desire to learn and develop

Flexible and adaptable to change with the
ability to take ownership of tasks and use own initiative to solve problems

GCSE Maths and English Level C/4 or above
