We have a number of Operations Coordinator vacancies across England, providing essential administrative and coordination support to our Operations Managers and the wider Operations teams, made up of Personal Tutors, Skills Tutors and Business Development Managers.

You will use your administration expertise to support with a number of different processes ranging from setting learners up on specialist systems to workshop timetabling and audits.

Your valuable support will play a vital part in delivering our pledge of delivering an outstanding teaching and learning experience to every learner, every time.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Operations Manager and wider team
  • Maintain data on all systems to enable accurate and timely reporting
  • Ensure that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Supporting with Admin audit actions and queries to support timely completion of month end and ESFA actions
  • Working with the End Point Assessment team to update systems and monitor learner progress through EPA and results
  • Supporting with workshop timetabling, coordination and booking systems
  • Support with the engagement and activities within Cognassist for your operational team
  • Collation, completion and monitoring of monthly client reporting to support a positive experience for our clients
  • Work with Business Services to co-ordinate the booking of meetings and then take responsibility for all pre-meeting coordination ensuring agendas and any other relevant documentation is shared with the wider team
  • Taking of meeting notes and actions and ensuring actions are shared with the wider team
  • Provide IAG to clients, learners and your team to support our pledge
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people you are responsible for or come into contact with
  • Be aware of GDPR legislation and comply with all data protection requirements

    What we need from you:

  • Previous experience working within an administration role
  • Experience working within the apprenticeship sector is advantageous but not essential
  • Exceptional administrative skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Confident and advanced user of MS Office packages including Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Experience of working remotely with the ability to work from home
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to liaise confidently with colleagues at all levels
