As we embark on an
exciting journey of growth, we are recruiting for two Operations Managers to
join our award winning team. As an Operations Manager, you will be lead,
develop and coach your team of Personal Tutors, Business Development Managers
and Skills Tutors to achieve maximum productivity, whilst ensuring that the day
to day operations of your team run smoothly.

As a natural and
passionate leader, you will be accountable for all aspects of line management,
including recruiting, training and development, and retention of our high
calibre colleagues and will support your team to deliver an outstanding
experience to our learners.

for all aspects of line management and leadership inclusive of recruiting,
training, developing and retaining peak performing colleagues

Deliver
regional targets through high performing Personal Tutors, Business Development
Managers and Skills Tutors

Drive
consistent and effective delivery to learners by ensuring that all Learner
Journey processes are followed

Ensure
that all quality processes are followed and maintain regular and effective
communication with our Quality Team to ensure timely achievement of
qualifications for learners

your team in maintaining caseload numbers by providing innovative solutions to
learner recruitment

qualifications required:
