About the role:

We have exciting opportunities across the country for
Personal Tutors to deliver Leadership & Management Level 5. You will
support learners through their apprenticeship journey, providing outstanding
teaching and learning from day one, and guiding them to their End Point
Assessment. You will support the learning journey through effective use of
learning resources and facilitate on and off the job training as required.   

Our innovative learner management system and latest
technology will guide your learners through their learner journey to drive
progression forwards. 

What we need from

qualification (AET, DET, Cert Ed, PGCE)

Minimum of Level
2 Functional Skills in Maths and English

qualification management

Relevant occupational competency within a management role (Senior Manager or Director level)

Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word,
Outlook and PowerPoint 

A strong track record of supporting learners
through End Point Assessment  

Ability to manage a caseload of learners with
varying learning requirements
