About the role:

In this newly
formed role of Portfolio and Product Co-ordinator, you will work closely with
the Portfolio and Product team to ensure new products are built correctly in
our Learner Management System (Bud) and our current products are error
free.  Attention to detail is a must with
proof reading, checking learning materials and systems set-up being key
components of the role. As a team, we work across the organisation with the aim
of designing and developing innovative products that lead to an outstanding
learner experience.

What will you be
doing?

·        
Deal with daily administrative queries around
Bud (our Learner Management System) such as updating text, amending a
spelling/punctuation/grammar error or fixing a broken link

·        
Build programmes in Bud including setting up
programme structure and uploading programme content

·        
Proofread and quality assure programme learning
materials and system learner instructions

·        
Organise programme assets (e.g. SCORM files and
other learning content)

·        
Monitor Standards and Assessment Plans –
checking for updates

What we need from
you:

·      
Computer literate to a high level in Microsoft
Office applications

·      
Experience using Bud and Articulate Rise 360 (or
similar)

·      
Demonstrable proofreading experience
