About the role:

We’re looking for a Quality
Assurance Manager to join us at Paragon Skills. A key part of this role will be
to develop and oversee the internal quality assurance function across the
organisation. You’ll need to be a confident decision maker that takes
responsibility for their choices, as you’ll lead on external quality assurance
preparations, visits and feedback.

We need you to be
the point of contact for the awarding organisations. To do this, you’ll need to
be able to build relationships, influence and define good practices and quality
improvement measures.

To be successful in
this role you will need to be committed to educational values and continuous
improvement. In additional to this you’ll need to have:

An excellent understanding of apprenticeship
standards

·      
Extensive quality improvement background within
the further education and skills sector

·      
Experience of managing external quality
assurance visits

·      
Excellent IT skills including the use of MS
office

·      
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own
workload

·      
Good knowledge of the requirements of the Ofsted
education inspection framework

·      
TAQA level 4 or equivalent
