£23,000 per annum depending on experience with an increase once qualified
Bonus:           Completion bonus once qualified and then eligibility for
our incentive scheme of up to £6,000 per annum

About the role:

After the success of our first Graduate Group cohort in 2021,
we are looking to recruit a number of sector experts within health and social
care, childcare and professional services to join us. You will undertake our
structured Pathway to Success induction programme, which will give you the
skills, knowledge and funded qualifications to become a fully qualified
Personal Tutor.

Using your passion for learning and development and your
hands on industry experience, you will deliver innovative teaching and learning
to our learners to progress them through their qualifications.

You will support the learning process through effective use
of learning resources and facilitating both workplace and off the job training
as required.

Further to this you will plan the teaching and learning
experience with learners and employers in mind, through a variety of different
methods and give feedback accordingly.

What will you be

Deliver on our pledge to provide an outstanding
teaching and learning experience to every learner, every time

Motivate and drive learners to achieve their
work-based qualifications through great teaching and learning

Plan engaging teaching and learning with both
learners and employers – through a variety of different methods

Give feedback where required and ensure all
documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner

Carry out consistent, planned, progressive
visits and reviews with the involvement of both the learner and employer

Continually improve your teaching and learning
practices and development through an effective working relationship with your
Skills Tutor

Ensure your learners are fully ready with a
completed portfolio and feel confident at the EPA Gateway before handing over
to the End Point Assessment Team

Promote and safeguard the welfare of children
and young people you come into contact with or are responsible for

Provide Information, Advice and Guidance to all
customers that enables them to make informed decisions to meet their goals and

Be aware of GDPR legislation and comply with all
data protection requirements and legislation


What we need from

At least two years’ experience within your
chosen sector (either health and social care, childcare or professional

Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft

Excellent planning and organisation skills with
the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload

Excellent communication skills, both written and

Experience of working from home or the ability
to do this effectively

Self motivated with a passion to succeed

A high level of drive and the ability to meet
challenges in a positive way

Minimum of Level 2 in Maths & English or
completion of this within the first six months

Full driving licence and access to a car insured
for business use
