Here at Paragon Skills, we’re looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager to join us and help build an exciting platform for delivering outstanding apprenticeships across the UK.
Joining a team who support the delivery of transformation projects across the organisation, you’ll lead and advise project teams on the most appropriate methodology for their project, working closely with operational leaders, asking the right questions to inform and shape project delivery.
You will have an eye for technology as a solution to challenges faced across the organisation.

About the team
It’s a really exciting time to join our newly formed Project Management Team. The team is led by our Digital Transformation Director and as well as providing support to the organisation, the team supports each other too. We work hard but we also like to have fun! The wider team is great too, you’ll sit right in the heart of the organisation and get exposure to every element.

What we need from you:
This role would be perfect for someone who has a proven track record of planning and managing project delivery; inspiring, supporting and managing key stakeholders as well as keeping projects on time and within budget. You’ll be certified in project management techniques and have the ability to provide a professional knowledge, advice and support to a project team.
We’d like you to be innovative, inspirational, and able to think laterally, looking to the outside for inspiration and being creative in how you develop solutions. With strong interpersonal and analytical skills, you’ll have experience of delivering process mapping exercises to streamline processes and be able to capture and communicate ideas to a wide audience at all levels across the organisation. You’ll have a customer focus, driven by the achievement of high standards, and like making decisions and having accountability.
