Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions refer to the Paragon Skills National Apprenticeship Week Video Competition 2018.

The Prize
There will be one prize of £150 of Amazon vouchers awarded to the entrant who scores the most points through clicks and shares of their video across Paragon Skills Social Media platforms including Twitter, Facebook and Instagram only between 5th - 12th March at midnight. The winner of the prize will be notified by the administrator of the draw by 21st March 2018.

No payment or purchase necessary to enter, but you must be currently on an Apprenticeship programme with Paragon Skills to be able to give an appraisal of your experience.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value, without notice.

Who may enter:

Only those contacted by Paragon Skills are able to enter the competition and this is limited to learners that are currently on an apprenticeship programme with us on 1st February 2018 when the competition was launched. 

How to enter:

Entrants must create a brief 10 to 15-second video clip on their mobile phones to say why Apprenticeships work for you: 


 "Apprenticeships work for me because ... (then state your own reasons)"
 

and email their video clips to marketing@pgon.co.uk or send it via We Transfer or Dropbox to the same email address by 31st February 2018.

Videos received after the entry date of 28th February will not be counted. 

All video entries will be posted on Paragon Skills company social platforms Twitter, Facebook and Instagram during on Monday 5th March 2018 in celebration of National Apprenticeship Week.

The video with the most likes and shares during the week will be declared the winner.  Each video will score 1 point for a like, and 2 points for a share. 

This includes all 3 Social Media platforms as stated. 

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.  

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. Videos received for this competition may be used for other publicity purposes by Paragon Skills thereafter. 

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
