Shared Foundations (All Pathways)
Every route delivers the Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care with the same trusted core and assessment model:
- Duration: typically 12 months, plus 8 weeks for EndPoint Assessment
- EPA: delivered by Innovate Awarding
- Learning model: Training is delivered through a blend of guided learning, practical workplace activities, and reflective practice—supported by workplace-based training with expert guidance and practical application. This includes a combination of one-to-one teaching, interactive webinars, online learning, self-study, and regular support from your dedicated Personal Tutor, alongside real-world learning in your care setting to apply skills confidently.
