How we work
Our team will understand your people development objectives, plus your mission, vision, values and culture to ensure Apprenticeships are linked into your career progression pathways.
In this phase, our teams develop your tailored Apprenticeship programme identifying effective delivery methods, desired outcomes and opportunities to enrich the course content.
Engagement and on-boarding
Once your programme is designed, your dedicated Client Engagement Manager will work with you to engage your existing employees, or attract new talent to the business. They will also lead the on-boarding of each learner, building close relationships within the learners team, and assessing any additional needs each learner has (e.g. functional skills).
Your employees will have their own Personal Tutor who, depending on the delivery methods, will regularly meet at the employee’s place of work, or at one of our academies. They will be available throughout the course to teach, monitor progress and prepare learners for their end point assessment (EPA).
You receive full support from our experience Client Solutions and Operations teams before, during and after each Apprenticeship takes place. Our team will help you measure the impact of your Apprenticeship programme, provide regular progress updates, invite you to exclusive events and ensure you are supported to maximise the benefits of Apprenticeship for your business.
My ambition is to have a role in management so when my boss supported my request to do an NVQ in Team Leading, as part of an Apprenticeship with Paragon Skills, I was determined to make the most of it. I picked units that were out of my comfort zone and now I have new responsibilities from my employer. I'm now doing my second qualification with Paragon and I'm looking forward to furthering myself in my career.
