Customer Service Apprenticeships for your team

Effective customer service is integral to the success of any business, particularly for customer-facing businesses in sectors such as hospitality, retail, tourism and leisure. Our customer service Apprenticeships are the latest trailblazer Standards which are designed for employers by employers.

This training will provide your employees with the communication, problem-solving and promotion techniques to ensure that your customers have a positive experience when interacting with your business, and most importantly help to develop a long and prosperous relationship with customers.

If you currently have team members that require or would like to undertake national customer service qualifications, then our dedicated specialist Personal Tutors will deliver the training to your team in your workplace.

We offer intermediate and advanced level Apprenticeships in this sector including the following:

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard

Customer Service Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship

We will recruit Apprentices for you

If you don’t have a team member or employee that can start a Customer Service Apprenticeship, then we have a team of dedicated recruitment specialists who will find a suitable Apprentice or Apprentices for your team. We’ll advertise the role for free on our own website and on various recruitment websites and undertake the whole recruitment process on your behalf.

Once we have found your ideal Apprentice, we will organise the transition into their new role and sign them up for their Customer Service Apprenticeship. If we have previously recruited an Apprentice for your organisation, please complete the ‘Advertise your vacancy’ form.
