Both the Adult Care worker level 2 and Lead Adult Care Worker level 3 Apprenticeship standards contain the ‘Care Certificate’ which is the key component of the total induction that an employer must legally provide to meet the minimum essential standards as set out by the Quality Care Commission.
Adult care workers are the frontline staff who help adults with care and support needs to achieve their personal goals and live as independently and safely as possible, enabling them to have control and choice in their lives. These Apprenticeships are suitable for your employees who work in residential or nursing homes, domiciliary care, day centres, a person’s own home or some clinical healthcare settings. We will recruit Apprentices for you
If you don’t have a team member or employee that can take an Apprenticeship, then we have a team of dedicated recruitment specialists who will find a suitable Apprentice or Apprentices for your team. We’ll advertise the role for free on our own website and on various recruitment websites and undertake the whole recruitment process on your behalf.
